    add generated CHANGELOG to debian/clean
    
    we need to clean files we generate; first in general, and second because
    otherwise a second build in a row fails with
    
    	dpkg-source: info: local changes detected, the modified files are:
    	 libnet-snpp-perl-1.17/CHANGELOG
    	dpkg-source: error: aborting due to unexpected upstream changes, see /tmp/libnet-snpp-perl_1.17-4.diff.jKi5GB
