+  - package prettify in its own package.  prettify.js can be minified at build time. This package should probably be hosted by Debian jacascript team. So you'll have to subscribe to this team. If you're interested in web development, that probably makes senses. I'll be able to sponsor you there.
+  - use Files-Excluded parameter in debian/copyright to remove prettify and may be other files
+  - then you can ditch all repack stuff.
+  - add a dependency on new prettify-js package
+  - add a symlink from current location of prettify.js in mojolicious to the minified prettify.js brought by the new package
