      Changes for next release
      Bump version
      Add useful comments to generated zone files
      If the zone has rules past $current_year + 10 then use the last rule as the zone's max year
      Include day name in comment for each change
      We need to pre-expand zones until we get into the last set of rules for the zone.
      No need to look for last change year after expansion
      Add a bunch of spelling fixes
      Make sure we don't have trailing whitespace in zone files
      Skip NoTabs test for now
