Release v0.59

Paul Johnson (10):
      Add some items.
      Tidy up HTML.
      Make HTML more like that of basic_html report.
      Add item.
      Remove a check on the file being the same in DB::Structure.  This is
      Hack to bump up the refcount of the subs.  If we don't do this then the
      Fix up comments.
      object_2svref doesn't exist before 5.8.1.
      Add changes for this release.
      Version 0.59.
