David Cantrell (9):
      remove previously deprecated APIs of calling everything as class methods or as functions. Everything's an object method now. See https://github.com/DrHyde/perl-modules-Number-Phone/issues/54
      delete unnecessary method - Number::Phone->country is good enough
      even though it's a term of art let's not upset the ignorant
      note deletion of unnecessary method
      add tests for different Number::Phone::Lib->new() invocation styles
      use done_testing in an END block consistently instead of sometimes at end of file, sometimes in and END block, and sometimes planning a specific number of tests
      make stubs a bit more readable, for easier debuggering
      test on perl 5.22 as well
      bump version for release
