Upstream version 0.63

Curtis 'Ovid' Poe (12):
      Import Test::Differences to git.
      We now have a Github repository.
      Undef and '' are no longer considered equal.
      No functional change. rtrim whitespace.
      Better document the eq_or_diff options.

      Bump up minimum version of Data::Dumper required.
