    Change CPAN Distribution name from Authen-NTLM to NTLM
    
    ... in MetaCPAN URL and Upstream-Name field in debian/copyright.
    
    The main module's name is Authen::NTLM, but the CPAN Distribution's
    name is just NTML.
    
    Found by DUCK.
