richard.leach (2):
      Fix issue #43 - root cause being that wait_port/check_port logic does not consider IPv6-enabled Windows hosts. This commit makes MSWin32 use check_port() in the same way as any other platform. Caveat: I don't understand why Windows hosts were treated differently here in the first place.
      Make Test::TCP::CheckPort able to pass hashref containing $host.
