+    should be translated to "perl (>= 5.17.6) | libmodule-corelist-perl (>= 2.77)"
+    then we also need for CPAN::Meta::Requirement: "perl (>= 5.15.7)"
+  - d/control: the version constraint for libdata-section-perl can be dropped
+    (nothing older on the archive), cf. `cme check dpkg-control'
