    Use more likely to work upstream e-mail addresses in Upstream-Contact
    
    (More likely to work are: generic CPAN.org e-mail address and the
    e-mail address in the whois entry of the original e-mail address'
    domain — which is existing, but whose name servers are currently not
    functioning.)
    
    Keep currently not working upstream contact address in copyright
    statement and add it to debian/duck-overrides for that.
