[php-maint] aspell/pspell

Hello,

Is anybody out there?  Or is PHP unmaintained now?

I'm just wondering why there are three outstanding bugs asking for
aspell/pspell support which have had no reply from anyone who sounds
like a PHP maintainer:

Two of them are over three years old and one contains a patch.  Surely
there should have been some feedback by now, even if it's just to say
it won't be done for whatever reason?
