[php-maint] Bug#333374: php5: zend.ze1_compatibility_mode segfault

zend.ze1_compatibility_mode segfaults in php5, it is fixed upstream in
CVS.  See the php.net report.

to reproduce this just install sugarsales from sugarcrm.com, there are
others but this is a good one.
