[php-maint] Bug#334510: php4: Build wants /usr/share/misc/file/magic.mime, should be /usr/share/file/magic.mime

Rebuilding php4 on my machine, the configure was looking for
/usr/share/misc/file/magic.mime but my machine only has
/usr/share/file/magic.mime.  Easily fixed with a symlink.

I also ran into BUG#334367 but that's obviously already been reported.
