[php-maint] Bug#367159: php5: please add zip (reading) extension

zip functions were present in php4 and libapache-mod-php4,
is it possible to re-add them in php5 ?

I compiled (retro-porting on Sarge) with zip-1.0, and it's
very easy to do (just put zip into ./ext, add --with-zip in rules,
and install zziplib).
