[php-maint] broken-half upload of php5 unstable tonight, fixed one tomorrow

i don't know what the deal is, but for some reason my upload to
ftp-master is absolutely crawling and my fun time is over for tonight.
so the upload remains half-way done.  i'm assuming that by tomorrow
the stuff will be automatically cleaned out and i can upload again,
otherwise some dcutting will be in order.  if someone wants to beat
me to an upload feel free to do so, i think the current ./debian dir
is good to go.
