It's only uninstallable in sid; php 5.2.0 is not in testing.

Unfortunately, while this would normally be a transition that I would
schedule binNMUs for, the use of package version numbers that don't match
the source version number prevents these from being scheduled via
wanna-build.  So this will need a sourceful maintainer upload.

These also need sourceful uploads.
