Hi Sean,

changing Build-Depends from "libpcre3-dev (>= 4.3-1)" to "libpcre3-dev (>=
6.6)" will be very usefull, since php5 doesnt build with lower Versions
anyways, this seems not backport specific.

For sqlite I´m wondering how it does build on unstable anyways
with "libsqlite0-dev" as builddep, cause this doesn't provides sqlite3.
$ apt-cache show libsqlite0-dev | grep ^Version
Version: 2.8.17-1
Looking closer "libsqlite3-dev" seems to be installed anywhere automaticaly by
debs on unstable, so this seems no general issue. So I´ll change this in my
backport localy.

With kind regards, Jan.
