Propably not.  There's no reason for us to pick every PHP related piece
of code, which exists on the net.  Any debian developer can do that.
You can fill RFP bug (Request for Package) and maybe someone will pick
it up.

Then you should fill (wishlist) bug on php-log, since it depends on
non-existant package.
