Bug#386041: [php-maint] Bug#386041: libapache2-mod-php4: segmentation faults in shutdown_memory_manager()

Build php 4.4.4-1 and apache2_2.0.55-4.2 from source with additional
debugging information.

Lots of Segmentation faults in error.log but no core dumps.
Still trying to get one.
