yeah... it's more or less chunks copied verbatim from the ubuntu sources
into the debian sources.  specifically:

- new control entries
- mutual dependencies between msyql-mysqli
- debian/rules addition to build with mysqli

so then i'll make an upload, perhaps later tonight.
