[php-maint] PHP5 - LDAP

I noticed that the php5-ldap package is linked against libldap-2.1.30,
despite 2.3.30 being available. We've encountered quite extreme
performance problems when using a php linked against the older library.
A sample query selecting 60k entries will run for 15-20 minutes (100% 
cpu), but take only 10-20 seconds (!) when using the 2.3.30 libraries.

Any chance the php5-ldap package could be switched to libldap-2.3 ?
