[php-maint] Bug#439575: php5: Should use "Apache" instead of "apache" in packages' descriptions

Package: php5
Severity: minor
The most often accepted spelling of "Apache" is being capitalized just like
most other FLOSSE projects (Perl, MySQL, etc.). I suggest that references of
"Apache" in the various packages descriptions are changed to "Apache" when
they clearly reference the software rather than the Debian packages names.
