[php-maint] RFS: php-timezonedb

Hi all,

Can anyone upload the php-timezonedb package to unstable?
available under pkg-php/php-timezonedb/trunk
To download the .orig cd to trunk/ and $ uscan --force-download
Afterwards normal svn-buildpackage should do the rest.
