I did build php[45] from etch and php-suhosin from sid against it. You can get 
it via:

deb http://ftp.cyconet.org/debian etch-special-cyconet main non-free contrib

or from http://ftp.cyconet.org/debian/archive/special/

Please have in mind, that you can't install other php packages from etch 
directly, you need to recompile them against php[45]-dev from this source. 
Maybe I will do this for some packages in the future, but actualy there is no 
need for us.
You can expect updates if there are any DSA for the packages in etch.
