[php-maint] Secure LDAPS support for php-ldap?

hi danai,

huh... it seems like ldaps support *is* enabled, after all.  perhaps you 
should check that you're not having some kind of certificate related error?

i scoured around the internet for a bit to find a ldaps enabled ldap server, 
and after doing so concocted a modified version of the php.net ldap testing 
script to verify the ldap connection works:

rangda[/home/sean] :) php5 ldaptest.php
Connecting ...
connect result is Resource id #4
Searching for (ou=*) ...
Search result is Resource id #5
Number of entires returned is 1
Getting entries ...
Data for 1 items returned:
dn is: ou=People,o=University of Washington,c=USfirst ou entry is: People
Closing connection


and i've verified that this works with both etch and unstable php5.
