[php-maint] please release php-sasl-auth 1.0.2-1

Hello,

I've prepared everything for the release of php-auth-sasl 1.0.2-1 . The
version has been tagged. You can use the 'get-orig-source' target in the
rules file to download the original tarball.

I've test-build and installed it in a clean sid environment - no error
occurred.
