[php-maint] PHP v5.2.2 bug with SOAP.

Hi there,

	I was wondering if there was any chance of getting a bug fix for SOAP
included in the PHP v5.2.2 package? Apparently the fix has already been
applied to CVS. 

This bug seems to affect NuSOAP installations at the least, which break
some pretty popular applications, SugarCRM being one of them, see:
