[php-maint] PHP v5.2.2 bug with SOAP.

Thanks for the reply Sean. Unfortunately this bug breaks virtually all
SOAP / XML RPC services too, see:

http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=41293

I tried looking around the cvs.php.net, but didn't have much luck
finding the exact change that fixes this bug, maybe someone who is more
familiar with PHP's development process will have a better chance. 

Its unfortunate that the PHP guys feel its necessary to wait so long for
PHP 5.2.3 to be released as this bug is already almost 3 weeks old.

Anyways, I opened a bug in BTS.
