[php-maint] Bug#451424: PHP5 installs uninstallable dependencies

Package: php5
Version: <none>

The php5 package appears to install apache2 as a dependency. I do not want
apache2 to be installed I just want php5 for the scripting engine it is.
What makes it worse is that I am unable to perform apt-get remove apache2 as
it is not listed as an installed item. Performing apt-get remove php5 as
well it did not remove the dependencies.
