well i certainly don't have a problem with it, and like norbert said it's 
often used to signify a level of activity for maintenance.  so i'd say go 
ahead and leave it in then.   i just wanted to make sure there was a reason 
other than "so i can upload it", which you can't (without a sponsor in the 
keyring, anyway)
