[php-maint] upload of latest svn?

hey folks,

any objections to uploading a new version of what's on trunk now?  namely this 
has the "use system tz" patch from joe orton at redhat, which closes the open 
rc bug against php5 and generally makes php more sane.

it seems that upstream, they're wrapping up changes for 5.2.6, so it might be 
nice to have what's in trunk migrate to lenny before we look at getting that 
into unstable.

unless there's a NACK, i'll upload sometime between the first ACK and this 
weekend (probably thursday).
