[php-maint] Bug#497254: libapache2-mod-php5: localhost doesn't work, but 127.0.0.1/others do

I installed wordpress on my local machine for development purposes. When
I access any .php file like:

http://localhost/whatever.php

apache serves the actual php file instead running the php code. When I
access them like:

http://127.0.0.1/whatever.php
http://devmachine/whatever.php

everything works fine (I have devmachine set to my 192.168.1.<ip> in
/etc/hosts).
