[php-maint] Removal of remaining php4 related packages.

Dear PHP maintainers,

It has been quite some days since these bugs have been filed,
following the php4 removal request:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?tag=php4-removal;users=pkg-php-maint@lists.alioth.debian.org;pend-exc=done

I would request you to consider acting further on these bugs. In case
you find no means to shift a package to php5, would you agree to get
the package removed?
