I don't care enough about this to try to fix it since I'm no longer involved
in php maintenance, but this doesn't look like an appropriate set of
reassignments. Many of these bugs were assigned to individual binary
packages, and now they've all been reassigned to the 'php5' package; and the
bugs also all apply to the php4 package in stable, but now won't show up
when users look for the bugs there.
I don't think mass-reassigning the bugs from a removed package is a very
useful thing to do in general, if you haven't first looked that the bugs
apply.
