[php-maint] Bug#471548: removing and (re)installing disables php5

Package: libapache2-mod-php5
Version: 5.2.5-3
Severity: normal

By default, the php5 module is enabled after installing libapache2-mod-php5.
However, removal followed by (re)installation isn't idempotent, leaving php5
disabled.
