[php-maint] pkg-php

Hi!

I have made a request to be  part of pkg-php team to be able to maintain
php-mailmime-decode in the team but my request seems to have been lost.

Moreover, the  description of the team  is a bit vague.  Can I encourage
people to join the team to  maintain PHP related packages or do you want
to keep maintained packages in this group to a minimum?
