[php-maint] php-fpdf - Devel wanna be question

Hello,

I decided I had enough of just sitting down and I wan't to help Debian.

First I went through few bugs, but then I decided that I'll just adopt
a package.

Been watching the list for awhile now, and I saw
"php-fpdf: PHP class to generate PDF files"
(http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/rfa_bypackage) but how do I actually adopt it?

Also I'm interested in helping anything regarding php within Debian project.

Any information would be highly valuable.
