[php-maint] Bug#493045: same issue here

We are experiencing the same issue but in about 98% of all php runs on
cli.

$ php -v
PHP 5.2.6-5 with Suhosin-Patch 0.9.6.2 (cli) (built: Oct  5 2008

Speicherzugriffsfehler

The "Speicherzugriffsfehler" is the segfault. It happens whenever
mysql.ini or mysqli.ini is activated.

version 5.0.51a-17.
