Hi Ondrej.

I'm interested in joining the team as I currently work in the field of PHP, as a
developer for a company in the UK.

I was chatting briefly with seanius last night on IRC, and he said that the team
were looking for more people to help out.

Currently, as a DD, PHP is very prominent in my work, and I have an urge to work
on PHP maintenance in Debian. My main aims are to work with PECL packages, as
there are a lot of packages out there that would be very useful to have in
Debian.

On a personal note, I have quite a few ties with the PHP Development community,
am a contributor (mainly doc, but I also hope to do some work with PECL/PEAR in
the near future, I've found at least 1 package I want to adopt!) and find that
there are times when I have to install something manually at work, where it
would be better to have something packaged up and ready in Debian.

I'm also constantly being approached by people to package PHP based projects,
and believe that some, if not all of these, would benefit from being group
maintained.
