i had already tagged the upload, but since there seems to be a couple more
changes to target i've included those in an updated version.  unfortunately,
i lost a bit of time making sure everything was changelogged and in sync 
between sid/lenny, so i haven't uploaded it yet.  someone else can feel free,
otherwise i'll do so tonight.
