We still need the ok from the RT. I had forgotten to re-send the diff
for the gentoo patches without the whitespace changes; will do it in a
moment.

Yup, they are needed until 5.2.7+ replaces .6 (except for the freetds
patch, that IIRC upstream has not yet fixed).

Will commit in a moment.
