[php-maint] Upload today?

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I went through most of the bug reports and fixed or closed many of 
them (not as many as I wish, though). So what about uploading a new version 
tonight?

This would fix the RC bug, and would still give enough time to the buildds to 
finish building php before the the rest of the kerberos transition blockers 
are fixed.

Unless someone objects, or unless someone proposes to make the upload, I'll do 
it.
