[php-maint] Updated suhosin patch for 5.3?

Hi Stefan,

We've recently packaged php 5.3 for our "experimental" release of debian,
where it will sit until we feel sufficiently comfortable with the stability,
etc.  however, we've had to disable the suhosin patch because it does not
completely cleanly apply, and i suspect that it does not function properly
when coaxed into applying.  do you have any work planned on providing an
updated patch for 5.3?
