[php-maint] RFS: php-xml-serializer (updated package)

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 0.20.0-1
of the package "php-xml-serializer", which i intend to adopt.

It builds these binary packages:
php-xml-serializer - swiss-army knife for reading and writing XML files

The package appears to be lintian clean.

The upload would fix these bugs: 537242 (RC bug, due to the previous dependency of this package with both php-pear and php-xml-util, the latter now included in the former), 529681 (ITA)
