[php-maint] Bug#481513: plz close the bug

Hi,

after run in the problem a second time and some google searches i found
the solution.

add 

pcre.recursion_limit=1000000
pcre.backtrack_limit=1000000

to my php.ini fix the bug (strings smaller 1mb)
