[php-maint] please remove libapache-mod-php5/stable-security

Dear FTP masters,

The stable-security archive still contains a 'libapache-mod-php5' package for
lenny (that is, the one for apache 1.3.x):
http://security.debian.org/pool/updates/main/p/php5/

This causes frequent confusion for users that upgrade from etch. Apache 1.3.x
has been removed from Lenny, but this libapache-mod-php5 package still shows
up but gives installability problems.

The culprit is the php5/5.2.0-10+lenny1 package that at the time that was
released still built with the Apache 1.3 module. Meanwhile newer versions of
PHP5 have been installed, which do not build libapache-mod-php5 anymore, in
the regular and security archives, but the old version has never been
removed.

We get frequent reports from people being misguided by this obsolete package
still being available in a stable archive. Can you please remove
php5/5.2.0-10+lenny1 from the stable security archive? That would really help
us but probably a lot more users aswell.

This is #516707

thanks,
Thijs
