[php-maint] packaging php 5.2.5 in squeeze

also note as implied from raphael's email, that we're using git these
days and the old svn repo is only around for posterity.  we made sure to
transfer the different upstream versions and debian releases that we have
uploaded, so if you're more comfortable with that:

	http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-php/php.git;a=summary

so you could from this repo try any given debian release between what you're
looking at now and what we currently have in stable/unstable/experimental.
