[php-maint] [URG] libapache2-mod-php5 compiled with curl?

It's not and it should not be. php5-curl installs runtime loadable
module, which should be loaded into php5. Try restarting apache2 and
if it doesn't help look into /etc/php5/ if the module is enabled.
