[php-maint] Packaging/Maintaining CiviCRM

I've been working with the UbuntuNGO team and, especially, Daniel
Holbach (https://launchpad.net/~dholbach) in packaging CiviCRM-Drupal.

Since Debian is upstream from Ubuntu and packaging CiviCRM involves so
many individual PHP packages, we'd like to get these packages accepted
into Debian.  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NGO/ApplicationPackaging

Would there be any problem with me adding packages to SVN?  Provided we
take care of the ITPs, packaging, and maintenance, would someone here be
available to upload them?
