[php-maint] Building php-http-request to fix #605866

Hi Thijs,

I've been trying to fix #605866, I commited a fix in the SVN, but I'm a
newb when it comes to use SVN (I use Git mostly), and there's an error
when building using svn-buildpackage:

cp package.xml /package.xml;
cp: cannot stat `package.xml': No such file or directory
make: *** [install] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: error: fakeroot debian/rules binary gave error exit
status 2
Command 'dpkg-buildpackage' failed in
'/home/zigo/sources/debian_packaging/pkg-php/php-http-request/build-area/php-http-request-1.4.4',
how to continue now? [Qri?]:

The file is there in the orig.tar.gz, so I don't understand why
svn-buildpackage isn't copying it in the build-area.

Please help me, this is a lack of knowledge with SVN, not with
packaging, and it's quite annoying. If you can upload to SID, that's
fine as well (I did the debcommit of the fix already).
